30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have been altered.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@glaventa.com or call us at +16467558167 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Shipping Glaventa LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a complimentary prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

No Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@glaventa.com or +16467558167. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
