Order Processing Time All orders placed on https://glaventa.com/ are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Only We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer Standard Shipping on all orders.

Delivery estimates are from the time your order is shipped, not from the time it is placed. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of Glaventa LLC’s control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Glaventa LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate a trace with the shipping carrier. We will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the situation.
